You cannot change who your parents are or how they raised you. But you can choose who you are going to be. YOU are responsible for living YOUR life. You must take responsibility for YOUR choices and actions and accept whatever consequences may go with the decisions you make.

I am so tired of adults blaming their choices and actions on not having a perfect family. - you are not a victim unless you choose to be.
